Cooking with Evelyn

Monday has become Evelyn's and my weekly cooking date! It works out really well, I think. Basically, we get together, usually at my house, and try to cook some new recipes together! It's also a good excuse to see each other =). So today we were our usual brilliant selves and made an awesome recipe! It is called Green Bell Peppers stuffed with Tomato Lentil Couscous.
