The Day of Competing

So Sandi and I had a dance competition this last weekend! It was definitely a lot of fun though, as always, watching dancing for the whole day tends to be very draining. Of course, we weren't always just watching! Sandi and I competed in the bronze and silver categories and managed to place 4th in bronze. Silver was a bit more difficult, considering that most of the people in silver were also in gold. But 4th is ok. I'm once again inspired to work hard towards the next competition, to be held in May. Hopefully we can manage to pull ourselves up into the top three next time! Of course, that is also assuming that the number of competitors doesn't get too low. I mean, it doesn't mean much if we're 3rd of 3 or 4. I guess we'll see what happens. First post-comp lesson on Friday!

Congrats!

I keep forgetting that you actually like competition.

You take care. Good luck and an absence of broken legs, etc, huzzah.
